Joint venture group Sembol Yatirim-Ekopark Turizm Fine Otelcilik won the auction on Halic Yacht Harbor and Complex Project held by Transport, Maritime and Communications Ministry giving the highest bid of 1.346 billion dollars.
The increase ended in round 20 following the withdrawal of joint venture group Cengiz Insaat- Taca Insaat- Galeri Kristal Ortak Construction. The highest bid in the auction will be submitted to the approval of Transport, Maritime and Communications Minister Binali Yildirim and then it will finalized after the approval.
Fettah Tamince: “We will invest 1 billion lira in Halicport project”
Rixos Otelleri Chairman Fettah Tamince stated that they would invest a total of 1 billion lira in the Halicport project in his speech made after the auction and emphasized that they would restore 25% from the equity sources. Tamince stated that they aimed to complete the project in 4 years and they were also open to foreign partnerships within the scope of the project.
